    Hur punktliga är världens olika flygbolag? Och hur bra är deras service? Det ligger till grund för undersökningen som listar årets bästa, och sämsta, flygbolag.

    För sjätte gången har företaget Airhelp rankat världens bästa och sämsta flygbolag. Genom att undersöka flygbolagens punktlighet, servicekvalité och kravhantering har de bästa och sämsta flygbolagen korats. Förstaplatsen kneps av Qatar airways som fick poäng av 10 möjliga.

    – Qatar brukar ligga bra till. De har hög punktlighet och kravhantering, men servicekvalitén är grädden på moset, där fick de poäng, säger Andreas Hermansson, Airhelps Sverige-chef.

    Bland annat bemötande från personal, valuta för pengarna och mat och dryck har undersökts när flygbolagets servicekvalité bedömts.

    Airhelp har sedan arbetat med att hjälpa människor driva kompensationskrav för försenade och inställda flyg, och hur flygbolagen hanterar detta är även något som undersökts när rankningen gjorts.
