They offer gluten free bread buns for most items which can be ordered through the touch screen terminal. When we went you could get all burgers with a gluten free bun, and they come wrapped in gluten free paper too which is recurring. The big mac GF is the tastiest, the other ones not so much. It was a nice bun too and had sesame seeds on it.
Be wary though, just because they offer the GF buns doesn't mean other items on the menu are GF such as some of the salads.
I've read McDonald's kitchens in the EU kitchen are set up well to avoid cross-contamination but I wasn't looking out for this so I can't comment much. The kitchen looked clean and like a standard McDonald's.
