    I november öppnade "Mike" luckan med ambitionen att laga toppburgare från start! Detta lyckas vi med tack vare lokala råvaruleverantörer, engagerade medarbetare och nöjda kunder. Vårt närproducerade kött från Närke, lokalproducerade bröd, egengjorda majonnäsen, inläggningar och toppningar gör våra burgare till ”bland de bästa i Sverige” enligt flera bedömare. Menyn består av 5 smashade burgare, 1 med Pulled Pork och 1 Halloumi burgare som serveras från våra 3 bilar. Bilarna rullar främst i Örebro men gör ibland längre avstickare i Mellansverige.     Richmond first fell in love with the fusion flavors of BokaTakos through our mobile trucks. In they rolled through town, introducing Richmond to the gourmet food truck concept and taking location requests in real time through our Twitter feed. We've been going strong ever since to deliver Boka's favorite flavors to you at festivals, farmers' markets, downtown lunch spots and other popular hangouts. You can find the familiar trucks at a variety of rotating locations. We have a route truck that also serves many companies we have partnered with over the years to stop in and serve when we are in their neighborhood. If you would like to be added to the route, please submit a request at the bottom of our Contact page and we will let you know the best time we are able to accommodate for a food truck to stop in and serve you on our way. We serve through the line upon ankomst, and then hoof it to our next stop, so komma hungry!!!
